The Great Race Rules

Preliminary Rounds

• There will be four rounds of five weeks per round (one each term).
• At the end of each round there will be:
  • Prizes and Badges for the leading student from Australia and New Zealand provided by Pearson Australia.
  • Certificates and Badges for the leading student from each State.
  • Certificates for the top five students from each state.

Grand Final

• This will be a one hour real time event.
• The winners of the Primary and Secondary sections from Australasia (i.e. from Australia and New Zealand) will each receive a Laptop Computer or i phone (winner to choose).
• Entry to this competition is by invitation and is limited to the top five students from each state at the end of each round.
• The GiantClassroom runs the program in good faith, but accepts no responsibilty for problems with internet connections.
